The Western Monument is a Western building in Empire Earth III. It is available in all epochs, and can be built near native tribes to increase diplomatic relations.
In-game description[]
Build in the vicinity of a Native Tribe. The monument will begin increasing your diplomatic relations with the tribe automatically over time. The more monuments that are built, the faster relations will improve.
