In Empire Earth III, Treasures are sites where the player can get bonus resources or train special units. Treasures are guarded by hostile units that must be defeated in order for the player's units to claim the Treasures.
Like Native Tribes, all units guarding treasures are coloured in cyan.

Strategy[]
The player needs to build at least a small army of 3-6 units to defeat certain guardians to claim Treasures in the early game. Three units can be enough for treasure guards consisting of 1-3 units, while 5-8 units (especially backed by cavalry) are better for larger numbers or those with stronger attacks.
Right-clicking on a treasure that is guarded by units may cause the guardians to attack the player's unit.
The player should be careful if they encounter several Treasures located next to each other. Attacking the guardians of one treasure may cause guardians of nearby treasures to attack the player's unit(s).
If the player starts a game in the Medieval Era, the anachronistic Partisan unit will appear in some Treasures. The player should look for Treasures that train Partisans, because they have better firepower than other units in the Medieval Era.
