The Time Machine is a campaign-only building in Empire Earth that appears twice in the Russian Campaign. Its first appearance is in the Jewel in the East scenario, where the military forces of China attempt to use one in order to prevent the founding of Novaya Russia. Its second appearance is during the A Change of Heart scenario, where it is required to be constructed in Russian-occupied Cuba in order for Molly Ryan and the newly-defected Sergei Molotov to travel back in time to prevent Novaya Russia from descending into tyranny.
Outside of story purposes, the time machine serves no real function.
