Description[]
The Standard Bearer is a Scenario Editor Unit in Empire Earth: The Art of Conquest. It was added as part of the Roman Campaign. It gives a morale boost to all allied units (and itself), much like a Warrior Hero, which compensates for its weak attack power.
It has only one sound file for walking commands and uses the Prehistoric Age Priest's conversion animation as an attack animation.
Strengths[]
The morale boost provides good resistance to enemies, making the Standard Bearer a good counter for Pilums, Egyptian Warriors, Short Swords, Roman Legionnaires and Gallic Warriors.
Weaknesses[]
Defeated by Bronze Cavalry, Chariot Archers, Composite Bows, Elephant Archers and Centurions.
