Description[]
The Paratrooper Plane is a Civilization Power unit in Empire Earth: The Art of Conquest, available for Italy or Custom Civilizations. It is a single-use, cargo airplane that can drop eight Paratroopers on land, which are the player's current default Barracks infantry (Marines, Sentinels, Guardians or Watchmen, depending on the player's epoch).
Once the Paratroopers are dropped, the player loses control of the airplane and it flies to the edge of the map, where it disappears, removing 1 population from the player's pop count.
When spawned by the Radio Man, the player cannot control it, and the plane itself does not cost any population at all. It adds 8 to the player's pop count, deploys the paratroopers in the designated area, and flies away to the edge of the map.
The Paratrooper Plane is built with eight Paratroopers already inside it, making it the unit with the highest pop cost in the game.
