Pandoras are cybers, created at a Cyber Factory. They are highly effective against infantry (but no as highly as the Tempest), since they deal splash damage and possess tougher armor than most Cybers but also the lowest HP. Also they are the only Combat Cyber that have Area effect of 15. However, they are easily dealt with by other Cybers, even a Minotaur. They also can be overpowered by Tanks, AT Guns, Hyperion, Ares, and Zeus.
