The Pagoda is a Scenario Editor-only building in Empire Earth. It is featured in the Russian Campaign in the Jewel in the East scenario along with unique Asian House buildings and serves the same purpose as a Barracks. It's also seen in the Asian Campaign, in the A New Dynasty scenario.
Units added in The Art of Conquest cannot be trained in the Pagoda.
