In Empire Earth: The Art of Conquest, Novaya Russia counts with the Missile Base Civilization Power, only available from the Digital Age onwards. With this power, you can nuke the hell out of your enemies! The only thing capable of countering nukes is the Anti-Missile Battery, so make sure to get rid of them before nuking your target. Since Novaya Russia is heavily reliant on infantry (specifically Black Robes) and Cybers, it will be wise for Novaya to use their civ points, first is to increase your population capacity to raise more armies, then you train these main troops in your arsenal: Infantry since they are cheaper and faster to create so they can perform Infantry rushing, supported by other units such as Paladin Cannon for building razing, Cybers for multi purpose combatant, specifically the cyber Ares . Then you can mix other units.
