Marshal Palutkin is a character in the Russian Campaign of Empire Earth. He is one of the main antagonists in the scenario Changing of the Guard. He, along with General Yukov, Kolchov and Admiral Kulenka took part in a rebellion against Novaya Russian leader Grigor Stoyanovich after learning about his choice of naming his robotic bodyguard Grigor II as his successor. Palutkin must be killed in order to complete the scenario.
