Description[]

The House is a building in Empire Earth II. It causes nearby gatherers to be more efficient and drop off additional resources. Military units have increased morale and fervor , meaning they take less damage and inflict more damage on enemies. Each House gives +5 population. Up to six Houses can be built in the territory around a City Center.

If a player builds or gains control of the Pentagon Wonder, their civilization's Houses will gain the ability to fire on enemies.

  • Seasonal Hunting Groups (I): Decreases the cost and build time of Houses by 10%.
  • Dried Timber Construction (I): +10% Hitpoints to Houses and +1 LOS
  • Medicine (III): Gives Houses +2 population cap
  • Water Wheel (VI): Decreases the cost and build time of Houses by 10%
  • Architectural Innovations (VI): +10% Hitpoints to Houses and +1 LOS
  • Colonialism (VIII): Gives Houses +2 population cap
  • Industry Regulations (XI): Decreases the cost and build time of Houses by 10%.
  • Mass Transportation (XI): +10% Hitpoints to Houses and +1 LOS
  • Pharmaceuticals (XIII): Gives Houses +2 population cap
