HERCs are a kind of unit in Empire Earth II and Empire Earth III. The equivalent in Empire Earth is called Cybers.

In Empire Earth II, they are available in the Genetic Age and Synthetic Age and are trained at the HERC Manufacturing Facility.

Empire Earth III[]
In Empire Earth III, they are only available in Future epoch and only for Western. These units are highly advanced in technology, very strong and very expensive. Not many units have a chance against them.
