The German Officer is a Campaign-only unit that appears in the German Campaign of Empire Earth. It can be trained in both World War I and World War II. The German Officer is very powerful in the campaign until World War I, since they are essentially World War II units.
The sound files used for the German Officer were the same ones used for Erwin Rommel.
