The German Infantry is a Campaign-only unit that appears in the German Campaign. Its functional attributes are identical to those of the Marine, with the exception of the sound files.
The German Infantry can be trained in both World War I and World War II. Due to this, the German Infantry and Machine Gunners are actually very powerful in the campaign until WWII, since they are essentially World War II units.
The sound files used for the German Infantry were the same ones used for Erwin Rommel.
Trivia[]
The German Infantryman is holding an StG44, but the magazine is missing. The exact reason the developers did not add the magazine is unknown.
