Farms are buildings that appear in the Empire Earth Series. They are a source of food and are usually the most effective and safe method of gathering it.
The Farm is a 2x2 tile structure that looks like a wheat farm and provides food for the player. Farms are automatically created in a 3x3 grid around a Granary. Each farm costs 50 wood to build. To collect food from farms, select a single Citizen and right-click on it. Each farm is worth 300.000 food. Farms are the only source of resources the player is able to create.
Farms can be built from the Copper Age to the Nano Age and do not change their appearance in any age except for the Space Age, which was added in the Empire Earth: The Art of Conquest expansion.
