Description

The Engineer is a special Citizen that is only available in Campaigns and the Scenario Editor in Empire Earth II. The Engineer loses 10 hit points after reaching the Modern Age, making it the only unit that becomes weaker in later ages. It cannot collect resources, but it can build and repair.
