The Coliseum is a building in Empire Earth that increases the Population Capacity of the player who builds it while decreasing the population capacity of the players' enemies. This building, because of its size, price, and effect, is classified as a Wonder.
Make sure you are well prepared before building a wonder. As with building any wonder, building Coliseum will trigger AI (On Random Map) to target your Civilization. Friendly (Allied) AI (on Random Map) will also send military units to defend your Wonder once it is completed.

The Coliseum increases the player's population capacity by 20% while lowering the enemy's population by the same amount. As such sooner you build the Coliseum, the better the reward.
