The Cloud Ladder is an artillery unit of the Far Eastern faction in Empire Earth III. It is available from the Ancient epoch, but must be researched for 100 Wealth.

In-game description[]
An enclosed, wheeled land transport that extends a ladder for scaling walls. Can gain a ranged attack that fires a siege arrow, which is good against buildings. It has a transport capacity of 8.
