Description[]
The City Center is a building in Empire Earth II. It can train Citizens and Scouts, acts as a drop-off point for resources, heals nearby units, and makes it harder for enemies to capture nearby buildings. It is the first building the player starts with.

In-game description[]
This is the focal point of a city and serves as a resource drop-off point for citizens. The area around the city center provides the following benefits: healing to any damaged units and increased capture resistance for any buildings. Citizens, Scouts and Leaders are produced at the city center. Can be garrisoned to increase resource drop-off bonus.
