Description

The Citizen is the Citizen unit of the French, Germans, and British in Empires: Dawn of the Modern World, used to gather resources and to construct and repair buildings. They are created at the Town Center.

French Citizens move faster, can garrison in towers, and can also become infantry units. This costs 50 Food ,  75 Gold , hotkey M, and turns the Citizen into a Poilu or Infanterie.

British Citizens do not construct buildings; instead, they only initiate construction, and the Labour Union automatically finishes construction. In addition, they have more hit points and attack than others.

The Citizens of other civilizations have other names:

• The Korean and Chinese citizen is the Commoner

• The United States citizen is the American

Strengths

• Good vs. animals. Can construct and repair buildings, and gather resources.
