The Cataphract is an anti-infantry cavalry unit of the Middle-Eastern faction in Empire Earth III. It is available in the Medieval and Colonial epochs.

Weak vs anti-cavalry.
In-game description[]
A strong, heavy cavalry unit with a melee attack that can also trample enemy units for damage as it rides close to them. It can terrorize enemies to cause them to panic and flee.
