The Big Bertha Artillery is a German World War I field weapon in Empires: Dawn of the Modern World, used for shelling buildings and infantry positions. Its Deadly Cloud ability fires a noxious cloud that continually damages units (75 power, hotkey D).
The Big Bertha was the most powerful artillery piece in the world in 1914, able to fire one-ton shells over nine miles. It was named after the wife of the manufacturer’s owner.[1]
