Description[]
Belisarius is a character in the Learning Campaign of Empire Earth. He is initially not controlled by the player, and must be followed in the two scenarios he appears in to bring continuity to their objectives.
Eventually, Belisarius becomes available for the player to control in order to introduce the Hero class and functionality.
