The Amphibious Tank is a British light tank with amphibious capabilities in Empires: Dawn of the Modern World. It is available in World War II.
Its White Phosphorus ability ignites the target, causing it to burst into flame (75 power, hotkey W).
The LIE3 prototype amphibious tank was a proposed experimental mechanized vehicle that had the ability to act as both a fighting machine on the land and in water. In Empires, the LIE3 gives the British a distinct edge over their opponents, having the ability to traverse rugged terrain, murky swamps, and choppy seas.[1]
Amphibious tanks were conceived to ford rivers where bridges were unavailable.[2]
