The Ambulance is an American support vehicle in Empires: Dawn of the Modern World, used to transport wounded troops and heal when possible. It restores the hit points and power of nearby friendly ground units.
The most common Allied WWI Ambulance was a modified Ford Model T, because of its lightweight and strong reliability. WWI was finally a war where medicine caught up close to war. In all previous wars, it was usually wounds or disease that killed more people than actual fatal bullets.[1]
