Description[]
The 88mm AT Gun is a German World War II unit in Empires: Dawn of the Modern World. It has a dual anti-tank and anti-air role, and is able to switch from one configuration to the other. It is immobile in AA mode.
Originally designed as an anti-air gun, the versatile 88 mm gun also saw use as a field weapon. Amazingly, it was also the best anti-tank gun of any army during World War II, able to punch through the thickest armour.[1]
